The Layton has been our most popular gambrel style home. The barn inspired roof structure opens up the loft to allow for two large bedrooms with a shared full bath and a master suite with master bath. The main floor has a connected great room and kitchen with main floor laundry, storage, and a half bath for guests. When built over a basement you can add two more bedrooms, a large family room, and another full bath. The Layton exterior boasts a covered porch and large deck making it perfect for the family that spends their time outdoors.
